Ingredients
- 2 Avocado (Chopped 1 cm Dice)
- 1/2 Small Red Onion
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 15 ml (1Tbsp) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste sea salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 dash tabasco sauce
- 4 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced for garnish)
- 30 g (2 Tbsp) fresh coriander (for garnish)
Preparation
- Mix salsa ingredients together in a bowl.
- Slice bell pepper
- Put salsa, sliced bell pepper and coriander in toritilla Roll it up and srve.
