Ingredients
- 800 g (2 lb) watermelon
- 200 g (1/2 lb) feta cheese
- 6 g (1 Tbsp) fresh mint
Preparation
- Cut the feta and melon into 2cm cubes.
- slice the mint into thin chiffonade.
- pile up the melon and feta onto a serving dish and sprinkle the mint on top. Serve chilled
